Columbus Zoo is committed to animal welfare and ensuring each animal is living life to the fullest. We focus on education and enrichment of our community. Interactive exhibits abound, allowing you to experience these beautiful creatures in an exciting new way. This includes entering enclosures, petting, feeding, and interacting with some of our residents. Our most personable animals are capybara, giant tortoises, young ostrich, as well as some friendly reptiles. You can even snap a picture with our 10’ python named “Hugger!” Reach out and ask us about our private tours and birthday party options.
